Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must have been purchased directly from our official website: shiloveslely.com.
Items labeled as “Outlet” products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 20 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in clean, unused, and undamaged condition.
The original hang tags must be attached to the item.
Any gifts or promotional items that came with the order must also be included in the return package.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Products marked as “Outlet”, “Final Sale”, or any promotional items such as:
Free gifts with purchase
Buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) items
Discounted or promotional merchandise
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale or its price changes within 7 days of your purchase date, we will be happy to issue a credit for the price difference. However, the following conditions apply:

Orders outside of the 7-day price adjustment window are not eligible.
If you applied a promo code or discount to your original order, it is not eligible for a price adjustment.
Defective Items & Refunds
If your order arrives with a factory defect, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note the following:

Factory defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of defect (e.g., clear photos) may be required before a refund is issued.
Shipping & Return Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the item(s) until they are successfully delivered to us for return or exchange.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your package.
International customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
